"Great to hear that The 25 Boutique B&B is once again open for business and benefiting from the high demand for accommodation in the West Country., augmented by well-deserved recent accolades.
As requested, the scheduled Overnight inspection for 2020 will be postponed until 2021 and all scores will be carried forward. Hence a classification at Five Stars (Gold) will be retained with Breakfast Award.
No surprise to hear that changes have been made since the last visit, reflecting the policy of continuous improvement and we look forward to returning next year to appraise.

"Always a pleasure to return to The 25 Boutique B&B and admire the enduring commitment to quality and comfort which underpin the whole ethos here.
The comprehensive list of improvements since the last visit is a tangible indicator of the motivation to build upon existing strengths and refine the overall guest experience.
Bedrooms are in very good shape and the addition of such aspects as Amazon Echo have augmented ease of use, likewise the personalised leaving note and heart typify the sensitivity of the approach here and contribute to a sense of appreciation and gratitude.
Bathrooms are equally impressive with no diminution of the 'wow' factor which will no doubt be equally applicable to the enlarged bathroom in Elberry.
No surprise to find such exemplary housekeeping in all areas, exacting cleaning allied with considered and consistent presentation.
Pleasing to see the changes within the dining room, the quality of crockery and cutlery congruent with expectations, likewise the new glasses.
Overall, much to admire and considerable strength in depth. A classification at Five Stars (Gold) is retained with a Bed and Breakfast designator, Breakfast Award also applicable."
