The 25 boutique B&B has been incredibly successful since opening over 10 years ago by previous owners and we are greatful for the hard work.

September 25th 2025 we bought the bussiness.

In 2025 The AA announced The 25 Boutique B&B was the B&B of the Year for England, demonstrating that  still top of the game after a decade.

​

 Also, The 25 Boutique B&B received a 5 star gold rating as well as a breakfast award from The AA since opened in 2015.
