We've been incredibly successful since opening over 10 years ago.

In 2025 The AA announced The 25 Boutique B&B was their B&B of the Year for England, demonstrating that we're still top of our game after a decade.

​

We've also received a 5 star gold rating as well as a breakfast award from The AA since we opened in 2015.

​

Andy is now proud to be a judge for various hospitality awards and won Outstanding Contribution to Tourism in the Devon Tourism Awards 2024.  Some of our other awards are featured below.
