Coronavirus (COVID-19) update (as at 24.03.20)
A PERSONAL MESSAGE FROM ANDY & JULIAN:
You will be aware that the Government has now gone further in its advice to the country. We had already closed completely before this.
We took the difficult decision to close for the time being from 22.03.20. As a responsible business we felt we needed to help reduce non-essential travel around the country to limit the spread of Coronavirus.
We also didn’t want to offer a sub-standard experience to our guests. Part of the pleasure of staying at The 25 is visiting the lovely restaurants serving locally sourced food, sitting outside a bar in the sunshine enjoying the views and our tasty breakfasts which we can no longer serve as you’d be in close proximity to other diners.
We were going to be celebrating our 5th anniversary at the end of March. We’ve achieved so much in such a short time and will of course bounce back bigger and better than ever.
In the mean time we are accepting bookings for later in the year and throughout 2021 so look forward to being able to welcome you back to The 25. If you're making a booking for a future date but need to cancel nearer the time we will happily re-arrange the date at no extra cost.
Best wishes, stay safe, and in good health.
Andy & Julian.
I HAVE A BOOKING COMING UP:
If your booking is in April, we will have emailed you with a voucher for your cancelled booking to the value of the deposit, or payment you have already made, and this can be used when you re-book.
If your booking was from May 1st onwards, we will be keeping these in place for now, with the hope that things may be getting back to normal by then. When the Government re-assesses the current social distancing measures, we will be in touch again and also send you a voucher if appropriate.
